Terms & Conditions

  1. Niccolo Explorer Club membership is by invitation only and issued at the discretion of the hotel.
  2. Hotels reserve the right to terminate or suspend membership with or without prior notice if it appears that the Member’s membership is being misused.
  3. Discount is strictly applicable to dining at specified restaurants, bars and lounges and do not apply to service charge and taxes.
  4. Discount can only be availed with prior reservation and is subject to availability.
  5. Membership card must be presented upon bill payment.
  6. Hotel blackout dates apply.

Niccolo Chengdu
Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations must be made in advance.
  2. Discounts are applicable to A la carte menu only.
  3. Discounts are not applicable to expensive sea food, steak or alcoholic beverage, and cannot be used in conjunction with other special offers and events.
  4. Discounts are not applicable to catering services, in-room dining, take out service, service charge and VAT.
  5. Only one Niccolo Explorer Club card may be used per table for maximum 12 people, including the member, on a single receipt.
  6. Membership card QR code or card number must be presented upon bill payment.
  7. Membership is non-transferable.
  8. Blackout days include but are not limited to New Year’s Eve, New Year’s Day, Chinese New Year’s Eve, Chinese New Year, Valentine’s Day, Lantern Festival 20 May, Chinese QiXi Valentine's Day, Christmas Eve, other Public Holidays and special promotions. (All the Public Holiday date accordance with the State Council's Public Holiday arrangement)

The Murray, Hong Kong
Terms & Conditions

  1. Reservations must be made in advance and special seating requests are subject to availability.
  2. Promotional offers are subject to seasonal changes and hotel will update concurrently.
  3. The offers are strictly applicable to dining at specified restaurants, bars and hotel rooms only.
  4. The offers are subject to 10% service charge of the original price.
  5. The Niccolo Explorer Club membership is non-transferable.
  6. For rooms offer, the member’s name on the membership card should be the same as the staying guest and will be verified upon check-in.
  7. For dining offers, only one Niccolo Explorer Club card may be used per table for a total of 8 people, including the member, on a single receipt.
  8. Valid membership card will be checked upon bill payment.
  9. The offers cannot be used in conjunction with other promotion offers, discounts and vouchers.
  10. The offers are not applicable to Beverage packages in all outlets at all meal periods.
  11. The offers are valid until 31 December 2024 with blackout dates including but not limited to 24-26, 31 December 2023, 1 January,
    10-13, 14 February, 29-31 March, 1, 4 April, 1, 12, 15 May, 10 ,16 June, 1 July, 18 September, 1, 11 October, 21, 24-26, 31 December 2024.
    The offers are valid until 31 December 2024 with blackout dates
    including but not limited to 24-26, 31 December 2023, 1 January,
    10-13, 14 February, 29-31 March, 1, 4 April, 1, 12, 15 May, 10 ,16 June,
    1 July, 18 September, 1, 11 October, 21, 24-26, 31 December 2024.
